Social Media. Social Conscience.

As a London digital agency it is imperative that we understand and are fully up-to-date with the online social landscape and how social media can be used to aid social conscience.

However, for our work with charities, public bodies and High Street regeneration projects, the team at The Island have also to ensure they worked on their own social conscience.

Over the past 5 years we have worked with numerous charities including digital marketing for  Care and Oxfam plus brand and web design for the Irish Youth Foundation.

We have provided digital marketing support and mentoring to businesses in Wembley through Brent Council’s regeneration programme.

Our creative director, Darren Shea, has also chaired the North Finchley Town Team who have been fundamental in increasing the brand messages of the town and creating assets for the community including yearly festivals and the recent opening of three pop-up units in the town encompassing a gallery, business unit and mini-arcade, and community space.
